We offer individual counseling with a licensed therapist for those 18 years or older. We are located within Norman Regional Moore, right off of Interstate 35 and Telephone Road in Moore. Virtual visits are also available. Job Summary Provide initial assessment and diagnosis of assigned patients 18 years of age and older. In collaboration with patient(s) create goals for outpatient counseling and provide individual, family, couples, and/or care management services in-person and virtually.
