Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist (Infectious Disease) position is to promote the optimal use of anti-microbial agents throughout University Hospital to optimize patient outcomes by providing evidence-based direct patient care as a member of interdisciplinary team or as an independent clinician. Qualifications Candidate must possess a Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. ASHP Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a licensed hospital pharmacist with enhanced clinical responsibilities is preferred. Credential required: Pharm.
