Description The Student Affairs Officer II oversees the administration and dissemination of information for three residency programs in the Departments of OBGYN, Urology, and *Head and Neck Surgery. The coordinator performs critical functions in a full range of activities including committee support, ongoing coordination and compliance of each program's accreditation requirements, adherence and interpretation of GME and house staff union policies, recruitment, program finance work/reimbursements, onboarding/orientation, credentialing, evaluation, curriculum planning, and process improvement. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Education Office and serve as a backup coordinator to the fellowship and medical student programs. Special projects and duties as assigned.
