The Associate General Counsel for Employment Law provides legal advice and counsel on employment and labor issues for an in-house legal department at an academic medical center. Qualified candidate must be experienced and able to advise on employment litigation defense, arbitrations and grievances, representation of matters before state and federal regulatory agencies, and other general labor-related legal issues. The Associate General Counsel may review and advise on the development of employment policies and procedures, training programs, and related operational communications applicable to 3,500+ employees at a hospital.
