Redington-Fairview General Hospital is in search of a Director of Medical Staff Services. Duties/Responsibilities include p roviding leadership, management and operational oversight of Medical Staff Services and the credentialing of 280+ providers (2.75 FTEs). Working with Medical Staff Leadership to plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate Medical Staff activities. Preparing Medical Staff Committee agendas prior to the meetings, participate in all medical staff committees and maintaining accurate records of the meetings. Maintaining the medical staff bylaws, policies, procedures, and processes associated with the functioning of the medical staff. Regulatory compliance with standards that are relevant to the Medical Staff and Medical Staff Services. Timely and professional communication both internal and external customers.
