The ED Access Associate acts as a liaison between patient clerical assistants and the management of Emergency Services. Will also greet and provide direction to staff, families and visitors entering the hospital. Also responsible for all patient clerical duties as well as ordering needed clerical supplies, and has some responsibility for scheduling. For areas that fall under the federal CMS mandate, start of employment cannot occur until two weeks after receiving the full COVID-19 vaccination series or upon obtaining an approved exemption. Only vaccines approved by the World Health Organization can be accepted.
