Clinical Director Department : Pearl SurgiCenter, Clinical Services Overtime Status: Exempt Location : Portland, OR   Job Summary: This position is responsible for the delivery of clinical services for all surgery center clinical staff and clinical operations as well as supervising all medical and clinical support staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and medical assistants, and specialized roles. The Director has administrative responsibility for clinical and risk management, utilization management, credentialing and reimbursement, and specific specialties such as perioperative surgical clinical care as it pertains to all specialty services offered at the Pearl Surgicenter. This position is full time, and reports to the COO. Pearl SurgiCenter is primarily a surgical facility (ASC).
