Position Summary: Accounting Assistant is responsible for completing all accounts payable functions for MVH including data entry, importing and exporting of invoice and payment data, maintaining vendor files, issuing payments and 1099’s to vendors, filing of invoices. Performs administrative duties such as weekly deposits, and maintaining petty cash and file retention records.
