Position Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Department: Advance Practice Provider Pediatrics Job Description: General Description:    An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) , which includes physician assistants ( P.A. -C) and nurse practitioners ( N.P. ) as an independent healthcare provider working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients in a dual role of outpatient and/or inpatient setting. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education   Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program with a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing.  Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of practice Experience   The ideal candidate will have experience in an outpatient clinical setting, preferably within ENT, Clinic work environment or a related specialty. While prior ENT experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong clinical backgrounds, a demonstrated ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Candidates should be comfortable performing common ENT assessments and procedures, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and working in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.
