The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients being served. The Clinical Director is responsible for achieving specific clinical quality objectives, while also achieving the financial plan for the center. This person is responsible for managing a small caseload, while overseeing behavior technician and Behavior Analyst performance. The Clinical Director also analyzes data collected by behavior technicians and program supervisors to determine if the interventions they created are effective in creating the desired behavior change for the client.
