Provider will see ages 6 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday & Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am-1:30pm (Saturday shifts are July 11 & August 22).
