The Patient Experience Coordinator reports to the Chief Medical Officer / Vice President of Medical Affairs. Serves as a resource and liaison between the patient and their family, the hospital, and the community it serves. Will be responsible for managing communication between patients, family members, care providers, and the hospital for resolution of concerns or grievances.
Provides service recovery for patients/patient representative with a physician related complaint or concern by meeting with the patient/patient representative to gather facts and specific information related to the complaint or concern. The complaint or concern will be provided to the appropriate administrator for handling; an incident report may be initiated.
