Job Description
Job Summary: To perform a wide variety of Physical Therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors, Master's or Doctoral degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Physical Therapy.
- NC State License or a license from a compact member state
- No prior work experience required.
- Considerable knowledge of physical therapy terminology, procedures, and techniques.
- Thorough skill in performing physical therapy procedures.
- NICU assessment and treatment are beneficial, but not required.
- Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to embody CaroMont's cultural values.
- Considerable judgment is required in working with patients and performing treatments.
- Commitment to providing highly reliable, high-quality, safe and compassionate care with a passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience.
- Required BLS Certification
