CaroMont Health is hiring a FULL-TIME Registered Nurse to work NIGHT shifts in our 6 South Med Surg Unit at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!
Sign-on Bonus up to $13,000 based on experience!
$6.50/hour night shift differential pay!
Registered Nurse Roles and Responsibilities:
- To render professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital.
- Collaborates with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care.
- Performs all the activities in accordance with approved policies and guides.
- Supervises and delegates to ancillary personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license)
- Recent acute care experience within past 3 years preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months hospital experience preferred
- Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, NRP, STABLE or TNCC as required by specialty.
