FAMILY MEDICINE ARNP (GRAND COULEE & COULEE CITY CLINICS)

Description

The Family Medicine ARNP is responsible for fulfilling a vital role in our Rural Health Clinics, located in Grand Coulee and Coulee City. This position provides comprehensive health care to all ages emphasizing preventative health practices and disease management by conducting patient assessments - including medical histories, physical exams, diagnostic testing, and referring to specialty services. The Family Medicine ARNP recognizes their leadership role in the patient care cycle and participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team; supervising care given by clinical support staff, while working towards attaining the goal of meeting the patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner. This position works collaboratively with our facility providers and supports the organization by being an active member of the medical team, carrying out these duties in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center.

*Ideal candidate will be willing to work a 4/10 schedule, with 3 days/week in our newly built Coulee City Clinic and 1 day/week in our Grand Coulee Clinic. 

Qualifications: ARNP; Current license to practice medicine issued by the state of Washington; Certifications as outlined in the Medical Staff By-laws. Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.

Salary Range: Guaranteed first-year income: $140,000 (including sign-on bonus, excluding WRVU incentive)
