Reports To: Clinical Services Manager
Salary LPN: $21.65 - $31.96 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Salary CMA: $20.40 - $29.61 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Licensed in the state of Minnesota or a Certified Medical Assistant. EMR experience with ability to keyboard and navigate.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota, and BLS certification or a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally carry up to 20 pounds and pushing of up to 200 pounds. Frequent lifting of 40-50 pounds and pulling of 40-50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
