Job Description

Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Full-Time (36 hours) Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures in accordance with established policies and regulations, organizes work activities. Has ability to explain Nuclear Medicine procedures to patient, family members, and any visitors. Assists physicians in the care, diagnosis, and management of all patients, and maintains equipment. Education/Qualifications/Experience: - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-N) - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine procedures - Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals, radiation safety protocols, and quality control procedures - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team - Leadership qualities and the ability to train PRN technologists effectively - Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting nuclear medicine equipment and computer systems Additional Information Position Type : Full Time Shift : Day Contact Information Megan Shrewsbury - Organizational Development Specialist/Patient Experience Champion Human Resources 924 N.
