UK HealthCare is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform non-invasive vascular exams according to the IAC guidelines. Additional responsibilities for this position include: Elect appropriate equipment components to perform all diagnostic testing safely and accurately, Obtain and calculate data necessary to produce accurate clinical reports and Perform all diagnostic testing according to procedure manual, utilizing appropriate equipment according to established guidelines. Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills preferred. The University of Kentucky Albert B. Qualifications
AS No experience required. Registered Vascular Technologist or Registered Vascular Sonographer required within 90 days of hire. The ideal candidate will be able to perform non-invasive diagnostic vascular exams according to IAC guidelines.
Schedule
Primarily 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; shift and weekend rotation may vary. As an exempt-level position, some weekends and/or holidays may be required in order to meet job and departmental business needs.
