Job Description

The responsibility of this position is to coordinate, develop and implement the Hospital's strategies related to employed physician integration, physician development, and practice support services; Oversees the Practice Management Division to include private offices, clinics and the LSU residency program; Responsible for all aspects of Medical Group operations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field. Ten years of related experience in a hospital or medical group administration with over 25 physicians Computer knowledge to prepare and understand reports; accounting and reimbursement skills preferred Strong interpersonal, contract negotiations and organization skills
