STAFF NURSE - RN (PRN)

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse - RN to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The Staff Nurse - RN will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans for patients. Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role - Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices - Sound judgment and critical thinking skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Compassion and empathy towards patients - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients. - Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare and self-care measures. - Document patients' medical histories, symptoms, and interventions accurately. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following infection control procedures. - Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical codes.
