Clinical Pharmacist Texas Health Arlington Memorial’s Pharmacy department is looking for a top skilled Pharmacist. Is that you? Work location: Texas Health Arlington: 800 W. Randol Mill Road Arlington, TX 76012 Work hours: Full Time Night Shift – 21:00 – 07:00, Seven days on & seven days off Pharmacy Department highlights: · Team based environment · Workplace culture 2 nd to none · Great benefits/ 401k / PTO · We operate on lean principles and rely heavily on a team atmosphere and individual performance · Highly engaged Pharmacy management Here’s What You Need Education · Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy required or · Other Pharm.D. required and · Other – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required Experience · Inpatient hospital experience required · Residency trained preferred Licenses and Certifications · PHAR – Pharmacist upon hire required What You Will Do · Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork. · Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities. · Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care. · Ensuring the accuracy of one’s own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation. Consistent support of the department’s QA and PS standards programs and initiatives is also required. · Ongoing professional development and growth. · Not only the management of one’s own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies. · Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy as available. · Other duties as assigned.
