Responsibilities Assist patients with tub bathing, showering and/or washing hair. Assist patient with catheter care. Obtain vital signs and weight as needed. Appropriately document in electronic medical record. Assist patient in maintaining clean environment. Requirements Minimum requirement, high school diploma or GED. Maintain CPR certification. Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance. Work independently and professionally. ***Please note, nursing students who are hired into a patient support role and successfully complete their introductory period may apply for a promotion to Patient Care Assistant-Student Nurse.  This role will provide a $2/hr differential as well as an increase in tuition assistance.  To learn more about this program, please contact Human Resources.
