Job Description Summary The Patient Access Analyst reports to the Manager of Capacity Management. Under limited supervision, the Patient Access Analyst reviews and analyzes patient access efficiencies, tactics, and strategies for PATH (Patients Access to Healthcare) initiative. This role creates access related metrics, reports, and recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency, patient clinical flow, patient and provider satisfaction, and departmental operating margin.
