Patient Experience Representative serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff. This position greets patients, instruct and directs patients and visitors, receives all co-payments/ payments, issue receipts, and handles medical records request and the faxing and mailing thereof.

Must have High School Diploma or GED. Medical clinic experience preferred. Ability to apply the skills of self-motivation and project development. Ability to read, interpret and apply policies, procedures and legal requirements. Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making consistent with organizational objectives. Proven ability to analyze and solve problems to deliver results. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills necessary to successfully represent the department and organization at all levels, internally and externally. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of software with willingness and initiative to learn. Familiarity with standard office equipment. Requires prolonged sitting, lifting, bending , stooping and stretching. Ability to handle multiple tasks in timely manner.
