Job Description

The primary purpose of the Manager Performance Standards & Training position is to assist the practice managers to establish and monitor performance standards and competencies; assist in performance review; assist the practice managers with regulatory compliance; and to manage the customer service and mandatory training programs for Ambulatory Care Services (ACS). Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; masters preferred; six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience including three (3) in a managerial/supervisory capacity. Evidence of ongoing professional education required. Bilingual preferred.
