Hourly Wage: Starting at $18.32/hr + experience credit

Franklin General Hospital and Franklin Country View long term care is a rural facility with:
- 25 acute care beds
- A primary care clinic
- A 52-bed nursing facility, average census is 36
- non-skilled care
- patient to resident ratio is 1:10

What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll:
- Provide individualized physical, emotional, and social support
- Assist with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Record vital signs, weights, and assist with specimen collection
- Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses
- Be a trusted, compassionate presence in the lives of our patients and residents
Qualifications
- Current CNA license in the State of Iowa
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical of CNA work
- A passion for nursing and patient care
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
Work Schedule
This is a full-time and/or part-time positions available for 2nd shift, 2 pm to 10:30 pm:
- Part- time Baylor: Friday, Sat., Sun, 8 hr days
- Full- time: Monday to Friday, 8 hr days
- Part-time: 32 hrs a week, rotating weekends
