Special Procedures Tech II-Relief Varied Shifts-Inpatient

CaroMont Health is hiring an Inpatient Special Procedures Tech II to work Varied shifts within our Imaging Services team at the CaroMont Health Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!

Schedule: Relief-7:00AM-5:30PM

Special Procedures Technologist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs radiographic procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention.
• Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure.
• Performs all delegated activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited radiography program.
• Registered by ARRT in Radiology required and Modality Advanced Level Certification.
• Experienced radiographer with competency in special imaging techniques demonstrating vascular structures.
• Considerable ability to accept new responsibilities as new equipment/examinations are introduced. Ongoing participation in continuing education.
• Ability and desire to perform AIDET customer service skills for all Imaging patients is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
