Knowledge of healthcare supply chain management preferred. Knowledge of medical equipment, and supplies utilized in patient care settings preferred. Knowledge of logistics methodologies to include bulk warehousing and low unit of measure. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications to include ERP inventory management, mobile supply chain applications and point of use systems. Oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of clinical staff. Understanding of par level replenishment, cycle counting, inventory forecasting and schematic layouts of par and inventory areas.

Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, frequent bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional kneeling, frequent reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and constant walking.
