Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) + Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or SDS
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs. and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 lbs.
Shift
Night shift; Monday through Saturday with 12-hour shifts.
Job Summary
The UKHC Good Samaritan Sleep Center Polysomnography position will perform polysomnographic studies in accordance to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. This position will help achieve the goals of the unit by providing necessary support through office operations, medical records management, and customer service.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
APM, AEHR, EPIC, Phillips Alice 6 Respironics, and G3 software experience preferred..
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Related healthcare and critical care experience preferred.
