Clinical Supervision:
Assists clinical staff to facilitate optimal performance, patient care, and achievement of goals. Prioritizes work loads and makes assignments as needed. Provides safe, effective patient care in a caring manner for all clinic patients.
Education:
Provides and participates in staff and patient/family education. Acts as a resource for existing staff and orients new employees to the clinic in conjunction with the clinical supervisor or Office Manager
Regulatory Knowledge:
Complies with regulating and accrediting agency requirements.
Job Knowledge: Associates Degree; required. Willing to consider combination of High School diploma and clinical licensure.
- Incumbent must hold clinical licensure in a related field such as RN, LPN, Rad Tech, Respiratory Therapy, or MLT
2 year’s previous clinic clinical experience required
·Previous leadership experience; preferred
·Maintains and enhances knowledge and skills in current technology and practice to provide care to infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
