Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time
Location: Franklin Country View LTC, part of Franklin General Hospital
Hours: 24 hours per week, varying shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
- 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate total nursing care for residents
- Participate in resident and family education
- Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other team members
- Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
- Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and care management
