Job Summary: Prepares patients and equipment for exams/procedures. Maintains exam rooms and clinical areas. Returns phone messages to patients, pharmacies, etc. Collects and prepares lab specimens/lab requisitions accurately. Schedules and obtains authorizations for referrals and/or procedures. Maintains patient confidentiality.
Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse with current license to practice in NC or SC (dependent on the practice's location) required. Valid LPN licensure required. Previous medical office experience preferred. BLS required.
